Cancellation Policy

You are able to post the recorded content on whichever platforms you like. If the time isn't already booked, you're able to continuously stream past your booked time until the next client is ready. Charges will be adjusted after stream is over. Please notify staff if you want less than an hour for accurate fee. Unless notified in a timely manner, we reserve the rights to charge $25 for no show and late cancellations.
