Located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta's historic Castleberry Hill, the 20-acre lot with 900,000 sq ft of covered space, parking for 1200 vehicles, onsite cafe,   was acquired by Tobias Browne. The industrial area has transitioned into a trendy neighborhood, featuring residential lofts and indie art galleries housed in old warehouses. Castleberry Hill is a well-known filming location, with The Gulch being a popular spot used in major TV shows and movies. The area's dining scene is casual and eclectic, offering a variety of options from Southern soul food and hearty Mexican dishes to creative sushi. Tobias Browne Studios is the largest production facility in downtown Atlanta, with eleven buildings, four acres of greenspace, four purpose-built sound stages, office space, and a diverse backlot. Working in collaboration with The City of Atlanta and The Rice Center, your production will have a happy space to thrive.
